On February 24, 2024, Anastasia Akritidou participated as a speaker at the event “Bringing Young People to the European Polls: Why Does Your Vote Matter?”, organised by Ecogenia as part of the YEUF (Youth Empowerment for Universal Franchise) programme. The event was aimed at young people and sought to raise awareness ahead of the June 2024 European Elections.
Anastasia took part in Panel Discussion #2 on “Contemporary Issues in Civil Society”, engaging with young people on topics such as democracy, gender equality, social and human rights, open governance, and volunteering.
