Law To Impact’s participation in the 33rd Money Show | EDEVE — “Management in the 21st Century: Innovation, Inclusion and Sustainability”

On March 15, 2025, Law To Impact participated in the 33rd Money Show with two presentations as part of the session “ESG: Regulatory Framework and Sustainability Reporting”, organised by EDEVE (Business Management Association of Northern Greece).

Our contribution

Law To Impact’s ESG Strategic Advisor, Daphne Biliouri-Grant, addressed the fundamental question of why ESG is an integral part of a successful business today, presenting a framework that connects sustainability with business strategy and competitiveness.

Anastasia Akritidou analysed the ESG regulatory framework at both European and national level, covering the key directives and regulations shaping corporate obligations — from the CSRD Directive and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) to Greek Law 5164/2024. Particular focus was placed on drafting sustainability reports in line with ESRS criteria and on the practical challenges businesses face on the path to compliance. Because when ESG is rationally implemented and shifted from passive compliance to proactive accountability, the business benefit is clear: the enhancement of corporate competitiveness and the long-term resilience of the business.

The 33rd Money Show was a great opportunity to connect with the business community of Thessaloniki and exchange thoughts on where ESG stands today in Greece and Europe.
