On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, Anastasia Akritidou took part in the 5th Local Stakeholders Group Meeting in Thessaloniki, organised by the Region of Central Macedonia and the Business and Cultural Development Centre (KEPA), under the theme “Turning Needs into Opportunities for the Local Cultural and Creative Ecosystem.”
The meeting brought together representatives of the local Cultural and Creative Sectors for an interactive workshop focused on mapping shared priorities and identifying concrete opportunities for collaboration. Building on conclusions from the project’s recent transnational exchange in Croatia, participants worked with the CC SKG Matrix to explore common interests, complementarities and synergies within the local ecosystem, moving toward a joint Action Plan for strengthening the cultural and creative sector and shaping regional policy.
The meeting took place within the framework of the CCSI4CCSI project, Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries for Collaboration, Competitiveness, Sustainability and Innovation, which is part of the European Interregional Cooperation Programme INTERREG EUROPE.
Thessaloniki’s creative ecosystem keeps proving how much stronger it becomes when its people sit at the same table and turn conversation into a plan.
